This is a rare cultivar of tea made from the leaves of a variety of tea tree called "Tsuyu Hikari" and made into Shirakawa-cha sencha. There are only a few farmers in Shirakawa Town that grow this tea cultivar, so we purchase this Shirakawa-cha directly from the farmers who grow it.
You can enjoy its sweetness and fresh aroma.
For one time, you can enjoy second or third steeping.
